be the year of Vancouver, was read the second time.                            
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 was before the                              
Senate on final passage.                                                       
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION                        
NO. 26 Declaring 1994 to be the year of Vancouver, pass the
